Polyester fabric which provides a bulk layer or a core to make the finished product stronger to impacts and can be used as a print blocker. Helps to reduce weight but maintain thickness of projects. Commonly used for thickening flat panels. Corematt should be fully impregnated with resin in order to bond and become a strong stiff layer.
Available as a 1020mm wide cloth, in 1mm, 2mm and 3mm thicknesses and can be purchased by the meter.
Offcuts are priced per gram (1 meter of 2mm coremat weighs 90g). We try to include usable pieces of squares and strips but occasionally there are random angles included.
